The balance is due on arrival. Please note that BACS and<br \/>\ncredit card payments are preferred forms of payment. We not accept cheque payments due to bank charges.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\"><strong>Cancellations<\/strong> If we are unable to re-let<br \/>\nany bookings then the full balance is payable. We reccommend a holiday insurance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\"><strong>Occupancy<\/strong>&nbsp; Deco One accommodates a maximum of five persons, Deco Two a maximum of three persons. We do not allow over occupancy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\"><strong> Arrival\/Departure<\/strong>&nbsp; Guests can take possession after 3pm on day of arrival and are requested to to vacate before 10.00am on day of departure. On arrival please come to<br \/>\nreception in main building.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\"><strong>Changeover<\/strong> for both apartments are Sunday to Sunday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\"><strong>Apartments electricity<\/strong>&nbsp; is included in tariff.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\"><strong>Heating<\/strong>&nbsp; both apartments are centrally heated throughout.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\"><strong> Bed linen and towels <\/strong>&nbsp; are supplied to both apartments.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\"><strong>Essentials<\/strong>&nbsp; such as tea towels,washing up liquid, J-clothes, toilet rolls are supplied.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Small Laundrette on site&nbsp;<\/strong> available for guests.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\"><strong>Smoking<\/strong>&nbsp; Guests are asked not to smoke in apartments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dogs &nbsp;<\/strong>Please note that dogs are not allowed in the apartments.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\"><strong>Valuables<\/strong>&nbsp; The proprietors will not be responsible for valuables unless<br \/>\ndeposited with them and a receipt taken.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\"><strong>Parking<\/strong>&nbsp; Private parking besides the main building.
