Availability/Bookings For up to date availabilty of apartments please use ‘Contact Us’ with dates required or telephone.
Payment of deposits and Balance A deposit of 25% of total cost has to be paid before a booking is confirmed. The balance is due on arrival. Please note that BACS and
credit card payments are preferred forms of payment. We not accept cheque payments due to bank charges.
Cancellations If we are unable to re-let
any bookings then the full balance is payable. We reccommend a holiday insurance.
Occupancy Deco One accommodates a maximum of five persons, Deco Two a maximum of three persons. We do not allow over occupancy.
Arrival/Departure Guests can take possession after 3pm on day of arrival and are requested to to vacate before 10.00am on day of departure. On arrival please come to
reception in main building.
Changeover for both apartments are Sunday to Sunday.
Apartments electricity is included in tariff.
Heating both apartments are centrally heated throughout.
Bed linen and towels are supplied to both apartments.
Essentials such as tea towels,washing up liquid, J-clothes, toilet rolls are supplied.
Small Laundrette on site available for guests.
Smoking Guests are asked not to smoke in apartments.
Dogs Please note that dogs are not allowed in the apartments.
Valuables The proprietors will not be responsible for valuables unless
deposited with them and a receipt taken.
Parking Private parking besides the main building. A short walk to the apartments.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartments.
